  • Absolutely delighted with service from start to finish. Called late on Tuesday night and was in no rush because broken garage door was now closed and secured, they said they could have someone out between 8-11 the next morning which suited me fine. I received a call to say they were on their way. Two guys pulled in and reviewed the broken garage door. They listened to me and didn't blow me off as many service people often do when discussing with a female. They explained the problem and gave me a quote up front for the services. The call out fee was waived as services were rendered. Within half an hour they completed the repair which included fitting a support bar that should have been installed on initial installation. They explained everything and were super polite. I paid by cheque to avoid the 3% extra charge of paying by card (which is also very reasonable!) and also got a card to give to my friend who had been having trouble with their door. Honestly a wonderful company with excellent service and would recommend in a heart beat! Very happy!!! Only thing was they mistook my Scottish accent for an Australian accent...but nobody's perfect ;)
