  • Was offered a free service when I bought my house. Got it scheduled and Greenway then proceeded to cancel or no show 4 times in 3 weeks. No exaggeration. First time Garret was going to be late and didnt know if he had enough time. I rescheduled, no problem. Second time Garret called and said he was double booked and needed to reschedule. Third time they no showed, I called and Garret said he left a voicemail (he didn't) saying he couldnt come cause it was raining. Fourth time was a no show again. I called and apparently Garret left the company and they were incompetent and didnt call his scheduled appointments to tell them. At this point I told them I'm just going with someone else as it seemed they didnt want to offer the free service they promised.
