  • If there was a way to give this salon negative stars then I would. They do not take appointments and it was my first time going bridal dress shopping. I had family and friends who traveled from out of state to spend the big day with me. We were directed to a changing room and abandoned after that. No one helped guide us to selections or help us choose out styles. I wear size 12 jeans , and with 4 women helping me, I only found 2 dresses that were above a size 10 in the whole store. It was very discouraging and made me feel like I was overweight instead of making me feel beautiful and feminine. Random strangers kept poking their head into my room while changing. Someone came and took my dressing robe so they could use it for another client. One lady attempted to help us, but when she couldn't find what we asked for, she went and helped another client and didn't bother to tell us she hadn't been able to help us. We waited for 15 minutes before another worker told us she wasn't coming back. I heard amazing things about this shop and it ruined my day that I didn't have the same experience so many other women did.
