  • Having your a/c serviced ranks second, (behind a root canal), for a terror inducing experience. We had one company completely dismantle our a/c and leave never to return again so we were understandably anxious when our upstairs unit went out. Our home service warranty fixed the problem but could not cover the costs for cleaning the unit. On a suggestion from a member of an online neighborhood community, we called Alaskan. We couldn't have been more pleased. First, the office personnel, Shelby, was courteous and professional and had someone out within the hour. Second, the technician advised us of all our options and did not charge us for the call. This company will now be our go-to service providers from here on out!
