  • I really like pho and I was super excited to introduce my partner to the experience. The Thai tea was awesome. I loved that they used crushed ice to make it like a slush. Great for the rising heat in Phoenix. The spring rolls and peanut sauce are good but not the best I've ever had. The broth was a bit greasy and the tripe was rubbery and didn't get much flavor. Tripe is a secret favorite of mine. Love the stuff, but I wouldn't get tripe here again. My partner was a bit under whelmed.
