  • Here is a very interesting story I wanted to share. For those who read this, please understand I am in no way trying to bash this establishment and keep others from coming here. My group and I have been here a few times before and always order food from the burger joint. We had a couple of pizzas and some wings. Everything was going pretty well and everyone was having a great time until the unthinkable happens. One of the girls in my group starts complaining about a funny taste from the bite of pizza she just took. I told her to spit it out right away and as she did, I caught it in my hand. Good thing I did because we found two tiny pieces of WIRE in that bite. Now when I say wire, the best description I could come up with was comparable to those twist ties at the grocery store usually in the produce section. Everything and everyone stopped and started focusing on the issue at hand. I immediately took what was in my hand to the front desk and they promtly called a manager before I could finish the story. (Thanks by the way) The manager had the girl fill out a report of exactly what occurred. He asked if she felt ok and if her mouth had been poked or worse from the wire. She was fine but we obviously had no idea whether or not she had already swallowed a smaller piece. Under most circumstances this could have killed the entire night for everyone. The only reason I didn't give less stars is due to not only did the manager seem genuinely concerned but also comp'd all our food and anything else we wanted from the restaurant since we didn't finish the pizza. We also got our time extended for additional bowling. I'm not sure if myself or anyone from my group will ever return but I did want to let everyone know that under a not so idea circumstance, Justin handled the issue very well.
