| - A-ok. We have eaten here twice in the past few weeks: once for prime rib and crab legs, and tonight for shrimp and steak...which was a bummer, because we came for the crab legs and apparently they just changed it. The steak and shrimp options weren't too bad. If you come, make sure you sign up for the players card, because it gives you a pretty substantial discount. We also had just gotten a flyer in the mail for a buy one get one, which brought our total for five buffets down to $80, which wasn't bad at all.
The service can be hit or miss-on our crab leg night, our drinks were empty, our table was a mess, and we couldn't even get napkins from anybody. Tonight the service was much better-constant refills and table cleaning and a huge stack of napkins when we sat down. We tend to only do buffets when family are in town, but it's a nice option to have the Aliante to get away from the Strip, and it's a little more updated than the Santa Fe. Overall it wasn't a bad experience and we'll probably be back when we have visitors again.
