Where do I begin. My husband dropped off a hoodie to have a zipper replaced. He was told it would be 1 week per what he was told. I called 8 days after drop off and they stated it still wasn't ready. I lost my lid because I expected them to honor their quote of time. They called me the next day and said that the zipper was on back order. On back order????? A zipper????? That is something that the person repairing the item can get at JoAnn's or Michael's. Now it will be another week. There is no urgency on their part to stick to the expectations that they have set for their customers. Now it is getting cold out. I have nothing to keep me warm. AND they want over $20 for a zipper to be replaced? That isn't gonna happen. They need to provide a discount or waive the repair fee all together. I am shocked as to how this company is still in business or how people keep going back there. Never again. They were rude and kept cutting me off and the little snot on the phone has a massive attitude and is very rude. There should be no excuses on customer service and providing the correct information. Stay away from this place. Stay far away. Id rather pay more money for my items to be corrected than to ever take my business there again.
