  • So to add to my very poor review. One year later after Banfield called me and told me that they were making this right by taking all this money off my credit card. They sent me to a collection agency. And this still isn't cleared up. I told the collection agency that I don't owe them any money then being a third-party. I never signed a contract with a third-party. And I will never use Banfield again! Beware if you ever use them! Beware! Beware!
