  • The work Geoff does when he gets to your house is excellent. We've had him do tree trims and tree removals. That said, it's a difficult task to get him to come out. Before now, we've waited upward for three weeks for him to call us back and weeks more until he comes to do the work. This most recent time, we called and left a message about the work we wanted done, waited a week for him to call back, made plans and set a price for a tree trim, and now haven't seen or heard from him for SEVEN weeks. There are enough businesses out there who will return calls promptly and come out when they say they will that I've finally had enough of this workman. Good tree work, bad management.
