rev:text	I recently hired Kendall Pulsipher as my Realtor to help me find the perfect home since I could not look for myself from UT. Just looking on Zillow was an unfortunate experience. That is when I hired Kenny. Lucky for me, Kenny was recommended and in just over 2 months from hiring him, He found me a home with another client and was able to negotiate a contract that suited us Both. He is a Realtor you can trust. He exceeded all expectations explaining the numerous advantages and flaws divulged during the termite and home inspections. He was present at each. He carefully forwarded photos and video walkthru so I felt like I was present. The closing was seamless and I loved the company he chose to handle the Title work. They realized I was stressed and came to meet me here at the house at 7 in the morning so all the final papers could be signed and the movers could unload. I have owned 4 homes and always wondered why I had a Realtor as they rarely communicated with me and made me feel I was doing all the work...NOT Kenny Pulsipher! He really earned his commission doing over and beyond that of my other Realtors. I plan to have him search out a possible income property next. I know I can trust him to be thorough and not waste his or my time. No other Realtor will do as he has done. I love my little home...it is perfect for me. Has everything I asked for...in a State that has wonderful weather and exceeded my expectations there as well! I know he will NEVER disappoint a client...with this Mesa AZ home purchase, he made both Seller and Buyer VERY happy!
