  • I love this place but the service at this location is terrible!!!! I cant tell you how much I dread going to this location. The line is out the door and they have three employees working the line. Chatting constantly and restocking. Its crazy to stand there and watch while the manager is in slow motion cooking food instead of jumping in the line to help. They will just walk away from the line to restock or taste the food. Maybe they havent been to another location to see that the fast service sells just as much as the food does. Lastly, we tried to order one item off the app today and the wait time for pick up was 1hour and 1/2 . !! Whoa. It was 238pm. ...really! When we called he said their line is long and thats when it will be done. .... please do something with this location !!! Prime spot to do more business than it does now.
