  • Four stars for now because it's only the second Japanese ramen shop that I have encountered that makes everything fresh. Can't give it a five star until I know it's the best. I can say that the ramen is delicious. Nothing beats freshly hand tossed noodles. I've gone to places that literally give you instant ramen noodles and try to add things to spice it up. I've had big shi-yu ramen and king of kings ramen and both are delicious. Every element goes well together and has great flavor. The flavor of the meats are also good. The service to me is also great. My standards are if they refill my water when it's empty, I get my food without a long wait I'll have no complaints. Pouring water is my standard because it shows they are paying attention. Parking here can be hard since there are many other business around but not impossible.
