  • WORST customer service. They not only have the cars we booked in advance but the lady "helping" out had the worst customer service attitude. She blamed the website and insisted there was nothing to be done because there weren't cars. Once some cars arrived (1.5h after our reservation time) she wanted us to pay the "upgrade" as they were minivans and specialty cars. She rather had the cars parked there than satisfying their customers who were already late for appointments. If you have time to argue and no rush book here, otherwise go anywhere else!! There is an Alamo very close by, service was completely a different experience and car was in great conditions.
