Work with Howard. Very nice people no doubt and my first experience was unusual because of another customer had a medical condition at the time I walked in. I was looking for a place I could maybe come by every couple of weeks and start making some large prints regularly, build a relationship and have some fun with it and I haven't completely made up my mind yet. I have a massive collection of very different types of photos and I've never printed before so I didn't know what types of paper or my options or what even some of the options mean and when I was working with the owner he seemed really lost how to work with a newb like me. Thank gosh he introduced me to Howard but I don't think he is always available. My main feedback to get better is learn to recommend better. I know some pros are offended if you recommend anything outside what they want but that's a different type of customer. For us just getting started we need a sales guy. It's not a bad thing to be sold to, build a relationship and a long term business relationship. The quality however is top notch.
