  • Since owning my 2014 Rav4 I have encountered numerous issues. After going thru the dealership for 3 years (nothing was ever fixed completely) I was directed to this Pep Boys location by a friend. Can not thank this shop enough for their attention/top notch customer service and quality mechanics. After the dealership failed me, this shop took the time to figure out my car issues and repair them correctly. Vanessa and Derek took the time to listen and make sure that the repairs were done right. Highly recommend - honest pricing, caring attitude and quality work!
