My son is four years old. I met and toured the school back in April and there was a different director at the time. I started my son in August and it was just a mess. He comes from a Montessori structure so it was overwhelming to transition. Kids were constantly running around everywhere. I'm guessing maybe 20-30 kids a class at the time. There was always a different teacher when I picked him up that also never spoke to me. Never acknowledged who I was to ensure I was supposed to be taking him. And they would move him rooms later in the day being New I literally had to search room to room to find him. My son also had a bubby that he kept with him at all times. The teachers would constantly loose this then when I would pick him up I would be on a wild goose chase trying to find. Let's also mention the fact that my son was potty trained prior to attending and once started he would have an accident at nap almost every single day. I work in behavioral health and potty trained children that resort back to consistent accidents can be a sign of stress and transition. I could not wait to pull him out he was asking all the time to go back to his other teacher and everytime he was dropped if he would have an episode because he did not want to stay. Which was completely out character. After he left they still charged my account an additional full week that took almost two weeks to get refunded & on top of that they charged me $25 which they claim to have nooo knowledge of had to call my bank to speak with them and file a chargeback. He is now at Goddard accident free and back to being my happy child. The front desk was nice and teachers were nice. Plus they had a fish tank in the front so that's why they get two stars instead of 1.
