  • I went to hitch city to have them look at my lights as I thought I had a wiring issue. They quickly checked it in 5 minutes and told me its not the wiring they installed its the lights on my trailer. So I said go and put new lights on. They did the whole assessment and job in 15 minutes and then charged me $100 in labour and $30 for the lights. Fine I payed it and went on with my life. Now its 4 weeks later and one of the lights is not working. They said they will look at it and swap the light total of 5 minutes of work. They said they will have a look but minimum $50 of labour for 5 minutes. You can buy the same lights in Canadian Tire for a lifetime warranty and do the simple job your self. Overall this company is a scam. I would not recommend going as they might do a proper job but their company policies and the way the treat customers is disgusting. Zero stars and hopefully they go out of business for the robbery they have been doing to me. Unfortunately they are one of 3 hitch installers in Toronto.
