  • I went to the spa because I had a voucher from one of the deal sites, and was sorely disappointed. Not only did some of the stated treatments get skipped, but our entire appointment was cut short. I had gone with my friend to make it a girls day out, but we only had one person attending to the both of us. The aesthetician alternated between doing both of our appointments, which is fine, except that it seemed that she combined both our services as well! Our 45 minute massage (each) was combined to be 45 minutes for the BOTH of us. The 60 minute chocolate facial only covered part of my face and was maybe 30 minutes MAX. And the promised pedicure - what pedicure? The spa did not have the supplies to remove polish from my toes, so instead of getting another treatment substituted or even a sorry, I got a "sucks to be you" type of response. The staff was friendly enough but the lack of care/service is enough to scare me off of those spa vouchers ever again!
