  • The service department is great. I'm on my third VW and have used them as my main service provider. Over the years, I have always worked with Monique Cochran. When I'm in a bind, she's offered a loaner. She stays in constant contact and provides thorough updates. Recently, I purchased an extended warranty with a third party. She spent quite some time working with them to ensure my current issue would be covered. I appreciate the great customer service with a smile! Oh and their craft coffee machine is on point!!
