  • Used the services of Christopher Moving in October, 2016 and I regret to say that I was not pleased with the company's services. There is not always anyone to answer their business line that I had to leave messages and the phone calls were not returned promptly especially after the move, the payment was received, and request for the solution to the problem caused by their mover(s) was communicated. Before I hired this company, I was told that bigger pieces of furniture would be "dismantled and put back together" and placed in the appropriate areas. There were some pieces of furniture that were not put together and placed appropriately and to top it all, some parts were missing/misplaced. I was also told by the movers that they dismantle but "THEY DO NOT PUT THEM BACK TOETHER." What's so disappointing is, the mover lied to the office personnel about some facts of my complaint Consequently, I had to hire someone else to solve the problem to get myself settled. To date, I have not received any call regarding the promise to resolve the issue at bar after almost a month from the date of service. I WILL NOT USE CHRISTOPHER MOVING AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE FOR ANY MOVING NEEDS.
