  • Steven was highly recommended to my husband and I by a friend so we decided to contact him and start our first home buying experience. Since it was our first time, we didn't know much about anything. Our initial meeting with Steven was so helpful, he walked us through all kinds of details on what to expect and the timeline of everything. What I liked most about Steven was how quick his responses were from emails to text messages to phone calls. It made everything so easy. In addition, he's so experienced that he laid out all kinds of possible outcomes we might run into and he prepared us on what to expect and options to react. It only took Steven 1 week to help us find our first home. And with most purchases, there were bumps during the process. However, Steven guided us through all bumps and helped us close on the house smoothly. Overall, I am satisfied with his work and definitely would recommend everyone to come to Steven whenever they're looking to buy a house. Thanks Steven for a great first time experience!
