  • To start let me say we found our new local favorite! We recently found this little gem after seeing a movie at Downtown Summerlin. We plan on visiting for dinner prior to our future date night at the movies. The restaurant is literally right next door to the theater. Service is top notch! We started with a drink at the bar so we would have a chance to look at the menu. The bartender was very gracious and answered our questions about their specialty drinks and wines. After looking at the menu we decided to have dinner and were promptly seated. Our waiter was right there to greet us and answered our menu questions. He also asked if we were seeing a movie so he could time our dinner if necessary. I ordered my fave, eggplant parm which was awesome. Perfectly cooked and not loaded with cheese. My better half had a kale salad which was actually very good. I rarely order healthy dishes but may rethink this as the salad had a great dressing and was a nice change from the standard caesar. The manager Vito stopped by twice to check in on us and offered us a complimentary plate of olives and cheese which was a nice touch which you rarely see these days. My only complaint is the lack of restrooms. They only have one unisex restroom which is located in a busy hallway so it was bit awkward with a couple of us waiting in line. I have already recommended it to friends so I would give it try. You will not be disappointed.
