  • Horrible experience. Dropped a package off on Saturday, June 16th to be mailed to California. Was told it would arrive on Thursday, June 21st. When it wasn't received, I pulled up the tracking and discovered it wasn't even picked up until 4:33pm on June 21st -- when it should have been in California. Called and spoke with Jason, who -- when I asked if I could talk to a manager -- said he was it, only to find out that he was actually an associate. Asked to speak with a manager, and Nick Lauletta, the owner, called me back. He was quite rude and only offered to refund half of the package but more importantly, when I asked what in the heck happened, the only response I received (repeatedly) was "I don't know, couldn't tell ya." It was as if he just didn't care. If you actually want your package to be shipped out, and not sit for six days like mine, don't use this location. This was my first and last using the 59th/Beardsley location. I've had nothing but *great* service at the location on Bell Road, between 51st Ave and 59th Ave near Kohls -- 5350 W Bell Rd Ste 122 ยท (623) 298-5411.
