  • Not sure what kind of game they play, but they sent me an email with a decent price range for my home - soliciting my response. So, out of curiosity, I did....answered all their questions and at first, got no response. So I tried it again, and this time they responded saying they couldn't make any offer because my neighborhood has a longer than avg time on market and is thus not a property they can do business with. Uh...I live in 85254 in Scottsdale, AZ...one the most desirable in the state....nice game opendoor
