  • It is absolutely beautiful when you first get them but then it fell off within a week. I contacted the owner and she said to come in at a certain time, however I was not available at that time. She stopped emailing me so I eventually made an appointment for that following Friday because I had a trip to go to. The owner was there but never offered to redo them so I paid for a 2 week fill set when I barely had the original set for less than 3 days. Another esthetician (Deniza) did it and the set that she did was amazing. It lasted a lot longer and looked so full. I continued going because I had the membership and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but it just appears that it barely last 2 weeks. What turned me off is that recently she changed the membership guidelines- she is now charging you a full price set if you don't have more than 20 eyelashes on each eye when you come in a fill but how can this be when you don't appear to have 20 to begin with. She is a very sweet lady (I won't take that away from her) but the service just sucked for me. To each it's own.
