  • Disappointed. Left personal items in car. My husband who has been a long time client with Hertz left with the car on a business meeting. Unfortunately, my bad for not checking the car the night before for any personal items. We called quickly to inform the company. Filed a lost & found report. I understand the employees are busy & it's my fault for leaving my property in their vehicle. I'm asking Hertz to please review your policy & encourage honesty within your company.
