I'm giving this Yoga place a 2.5-3. I haven't tried any hot yoga studios in Brampton so I'm basing my review on my experiences in St Catharines.
Our teacher for the first class I joined was a young girl with dark hair, although friendly, I felt like she was rushing through our routines. We didn't hold poses for as long as I'd expect and there was no shavasna (sp) at the end (Basically the reason I go to hot yoga!!!)!
I found the class difficult and the way it was instructed never allowed me to fully relax.
I went to an open house last Saturday and a blonde lady taught this class. I found it much more enjoyable. I like the routine she did, it wasn't overly strenuous but still challenging. This time we did have shavasna at the end which I did enjoy.
The studio itself is a decent size, it would prefer if it was a bit bigger though.
They have mats that you can borrow (free of charge I believe) but I prefer to bring my own. They had a lavender cleansing spray for your mats which I really liked! Lavender is relaxing!
The facility does how showers, I did not use them though. The change room is small and the studio is located on the second floor.
They should have water fountains.
The front desk staff is friendly and relaxed.
I'd have to try out the other studios in Brampton before I commit to this one though.
