  • Love the new theaters! The plush recliners and seating arrangements are great. But, the 'front of the house' needs some work. Not busy when we were there, Saturday about 5. Popcorn everywhere, beyond just messy. Had 2 people working the counter, and one kid who seemed to just be there doing nothing. Pointed out some popcorn on the counter with a large hair in it, clerk just shrugged...I honestly could not believe the mess and absolutely no one in the lobby cleaning. This is the first and last impression for your customers, get it wrong and it will not matter how nice your new seats are, no one will be sitting in them.
