  • Came here with an appointment. Waited 10 min to be sat in the many of open pedicure chairs. Then another 10-15 min for my tech to even start my pedicure. To where my originally hot water was now luke warm. She did ask if I was waiting long and I told her my experience, and she did genuinely apologize and gave me some extra special treatment that was definitely appreciated and needed. So she did make up for it. The sad thing is my paint was already chipping in less than a week. Never had a pedicure get ruined so quickly. And I'm not hard on my feet. I will say the salon is very clean and has a very modern cool atmosphere. But still not sure if I'll be back.
