| - I've lived at Castile since August, and the experience has not been completely terrible, but not amazing either. This is my first time living in an apartment complex, but I know the staff and situation could be much better. My biggest complaint is the construction. Who's idea was it to move everyone in before construction is finished and do it without constraint each morning at 6am? The construction workers are here all day, park in the resident parking spots, eat wherever, and make a mess. A majority of the construction is right outside my unit. No warning on that either. The apartment itself is nice and looks very attractive. Maintenance is okay, they are not prompt. Everything seems cheaply made, breaks quite easily. I've had electrical issues often. Management has never been helpful, they never answer emails or calls. No gate, cameras, and the security (solely for the construction) is pretty much counterproductive. No assigned parking as promised. Pool took months to finish, opened late fall. I've seen nobody utilize it. Location is not great, near nothing I frequent. Will be moving as soon as I can get out of the lease.
