  • As getting a DUI sucks enough having to deal with a company that only profits from the forced laws. This company has horrible customer service, a device that operates ok, but is loud and annoying. During the instal you watch a video that says "best device on the market". I have friends that have one installed and goes off 1/2 the amount of times the quick start device does. I missed an appointment and they charged me an extra $70 ($35 for the unlock code, $35 for the missed appt) from what reviews I have read, other companies will work with you and waive it the first time. Not this place. They have limited offices in the valley, which makes it difficult if you work normal business hours. I would advise anyone that is thinking about using this company to STAY AWAY!!!!!!
