  • I was excited to try this place and came in with an Entertainment coupon. I ordered two Philly steaks and when I tried to use the coupon, the cashier pointed to his own coupon just like mine and written on it were the words, "We no longer accept Entertainment coupons!" He explained that they were under new ownership and not obligated to honor it. I was in shock as a frequent user of these coupons, this was a first. Businesses know these things pay for themselves and happily pay money to be in the Entertainment Book to attract new customers, and here this place is already in there for free, and is rejecting new business. How myopic can you get? I could have been a life-long customer as it's right by the school where I work. These guys have redefined stupidity and with such lack of business acumen, I don't see them lasting long.
