  • Dr. Michelle Kohls is our new eye doctor and I was so appreciative of the time she spent with me on my first appt. to discuss my concerns with upgrading to newer technology contacts. I had been wearing the same brand and type for over a decade! Michelle is very pleasant and concerned with your general well being. Her clinician was probably the most skilled I have ever experienced, obviously not just a front office person trained to run optical machines, she really knew her stuff. Let's just say I had some weird contact problems and they were willing to put me back into my old brand. Also, I needed a different pair of glasses then I originally ordered and they also were willing to trade those out. Rectifying both issues without an additional cost to me was very kind. I felt kind of sheepish...but they clearly wanted me happy in my contacts and new Gucci glasses! Thank you....
