  • The outside is dated and has paint peeling off of the bldg. the inside looks like it hasn't been updated in many years. The staff seems curt and hurried. The person doing my facial didn't mention anything she was using or doing, she did not ask about my skin type or problems etc. she rushed thru putting a cold cream on for a few minutes then off. The lotion at the end smelled like baby oil. I felt like a number and not relaxed at all. They were rushing you from one place to another for services. The lunch was about the only good thing about our spa day. Then a message was scheduled. Although the woman was very polite, after years of regular massages, this seemed rushed and very basic. Maybe a new licensee? She said the staff hates how busy they are, but has to push through. They were cranking them out one after another, with no breaks. It seems volume over value and quality is the name of the game here. I bought gift packages for my mom and daughter, and was actually embarrassed to have this be the gift. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Many other spas in our area have well trained quality staff, that make you feel pampered and relaxed. Oh well! We have a story to tell instead.
