  • I just started attending the group classes after completing a few one-on-one session purchase through a Groupon. The owner and teachers are all very friendly and professional in their approach. The equipment and classrooms are kept very clean & organized. The other people in my classes all seem very pleasant. After each class, I can tell how well each muscle group was worked and feel progress each and every time. I highly recommend this place for all fitness levels. The attentiveness and expertise of the staff is more than I expected by far. After I use my Groupon classes up, my intention is to continue on. The prices are relatively reasonable.
