I understand mistakes happen, but how a business responds says everything about their customer service, or lack thereof. Del Rey gave me someone else's pants, and lost mine. When I returned the pants and explained that mine were missing, the store manager told me how she would first validate that there was a problem by watching the in-store video, and then if there was an item missing then she would check all these various ways it could have been lost. There was NO apology at anytime. Instead, I was given an explanation of all the failure points in their process. In the end, I asked for the owner's name and number. I was given the owner's generic email address and told they don't give out the phone number. Wow. I can tell Del Rey really cares about their customers. Very, very disappointing.
