  • Save your money and go elsewhere. I purchased 4 IPL treatments. It was a complete waste of my time an money. The appointments were for one hour. I have had IPL in the past and each appointment has lasted at least 45 minutes with the treatment taking up most of the 45 minutes. For the majority of the appointment Lynette spent time trying to sell me various skin care products and telling me what products I needed and how to protect my skin. I appreciate the advice, but that isn't what I purchased. She convinced me to combine two of the IPLs into one appt and thus she did two passes on my face. Sh only gave my face 10-20 pulses and it took less than five minutes. I combined the remaining two appts into one appointment and again she tried to get me to buy products. I bought one skin tightening product and it did nothing. I received no benefit from the IPL, no flaking or brown spots were removed. She also made the appointment very uncomfortable by telling me at the start that I needed to leave a tip.
