  • I went to this salon for the first time scheduled to wax with a groupon and left very unpleased. The technician was friendly, but she had bad technique. At least one fourth of the hairs in the area were broken by poor waxing, leaving them stubbly and painful as she tried to go over them again. After retrying the areas multiple times she used a tweezers to pluck a few of them, but most of were too short to remove even with tweezers. I was also scheduled for an hour long appointment and was 'done' after 28 minutes. The technician rushed through my time and ultimately gave me ingrown hairs and a wax that lasted for 4 days for a premium price even with a groupon. Would NOT recommend for a wax.
