  • *Food Allergy and Gluten Review* Their menu is complicated. Most items are cooked using beer or other wheat ingredients. However as with all Zack Bruell's restaurants the kitchen staff is excellent at making changes to items based upon food allergies. I was able to eat gluten free here with ease. After alerting my server of my severe food allergy they were able to discuss with the head chef the best options for someone with a gluten allergy. What I had was exactly what one might expect from a Bruell restaurant, perfection! I have been back several times and always look forward to knowing my food allergies are something that will be taken seriously instead of an the annoyance other restaurants dread.
