  • I've gone to the Gilbert location multiple occasions including for prenatal with my first born healthy boy. I was so surprised to learn that the front desk lady Lupe remembered me after almost 4 years and was so very sweet and compassionate when she had learned I had miscarried the next few visits. The only complaint I can really give is that the "blood lady" seemed always on edge and a bit scary to approach. She made it seem like patients were an interruption to her day. I decided to try a new location today in Chandler (215 location) as the other location started to bring back too many memories of my recent miscarriages. I was greeted with smiles at the front desk and even in the hallways from all who passed me, the wait time was amazingly fast, and no one in the waiting room. The doctor seemed to listen to my concerns and their blood lady to my surprise was very personable and we shared some laughs. I can't wait to continue my care with Valley Women.
