  • Chef Alex made my late night dinner an amazing experience. I was lucky enough to go on a Monday night where it wasn't too busy and where i was able to sit alone at the sushi bar. The fact that it wasn't busy allowed the chef to make me their favorite rolls. I always asked for chef's choice for nigiri. Since, it was my first time at this establishment, I asked the chef to just order me anything. First order by the chef was Tuna Sashimi in special AJ sauce (WOW, sauce was freaking incredible!), baked mussells were good, crispy lobster roll was really good, and I couldn't forget the ocean salmon nigiri which was so buttery. The latter was probably the highlight of my meal. Don't forget to order the Soft shell crab appetizer, the batter was so good! Service was excellent. One of the best AYCE sushi I ever had.
