rev:text	Don't ever buy anything from Ricardo or Ricky. That man is a classic scam sales person with a nasty temper. I went to bmw to find out some of my options since I need to return my car that I bought from them. HE WAS TRYING SO HARD TO MAKE ME WALK OUT WITH A NEW CAR WITH A RIDICULOUS PRICE(which is understandable since he's a sales person but it was too obvious that that's all he was after) He didn't seem like he was helping me but to help himself to make a sale with me. ANYWAY, He had me stay there for 2 hours wouldn't let me go and called me at least 5 times after I left the dealership. I told him I got a better offer from somewhere else but he insisted yet his deal wasn't even close to the other one and let him know I was thankful blahblah but not going to go with his deal. Then the next day he had his manager call me first thing in the morning and told me they worked out a better deal. So I gave it a try again since they were being consistent. When I got there Ricardo (Ricky) was with someone else and he knew I came to see him he didn't even have courtesy to say hello. I almost wanted to leave but I stayed because they were trying hard? to get me back there. He pulled out same deal that he had emailed me. And I told him it's the same one he gave me then guess what he did? HE STARTED TO RIP THE PAPERS IN FRONT OF ME!!!! Who does that???? Anyway he was very rude and I will never buy another car from them again. ******BOTTOM LINE is that I don't recommend this place and especially do not deal with Ricardo(Ricky) I give 1 star for their annoying consistency but really it's because I HAVE to give 1 star in order to write a review. Hope this helped!
