  • Worked with Dak at Chalmers Jewelers to get a custom engagement ring. I appreciated the fact that their sales strategy was more about getting us exactly what we wanted at a price I could afford, rather than trying to push us into a ring that I just didn't have the money for. After visiting a ton of other stores in the area, it was nice. The entire process was defined by excellent, responsive, but non pushy service and the ring turned out absolutely wonderful - exactly what my fiance wanted
