  • Something was off. We have gone here several other times, and usually have a great meal. Tonight, there were several problems. Our server was very distracted and inattentive throughout the night. Drink refills took forever. The kitchen did not send out our meals at the same time. One of the meals was not prepared as requested. Food quality was only average. After dinner, it took forever for dessert orders to arrive. Then, the waitress said she could not bring us our checks because "the computers crashed." We were offered complimentary coffee, but it never came. When the computers were up and running, it took the waitress three times to bring us the right check. Ultimately, they comp'd appetizers, soft drinks, and desserts because of the problems. But I would've preferred better food and service.
