  • WORST SPA DAY EVER!!!!!! I booked what was going to be a valentine romantic massage for 2 from a special that was email advertised. It was a bait and switch as it clearly stated 175.00 for a couples massage, foot scrub, and champagne toast. 1. Got there to discover things were not working in the mens locker room. Steam room was broken and there were workers coming in to check it out....Far from relaxing when you just want to sit quietly and take a steam. The first person I asked said just leave the door open and it will come on. After 5 min of nothing I went to the front desk to ask and sure enough it is fully broken...Would have been nice to know when we checked in.....Attendants did not care at all!!!!! 2. No cold drinking water that the attendants would get me so I walked back to the front desk up the stairs and found a could water for myself...You would think that a spa would have drinking water right? 3. They had some snacks out pretzels, granola, and apples. All of which were stale and the apples were boarder line rotting. 4. The massage was a body massage, foot scrub, champagne special, No one seemed to know about the champagne toast. They came and found us later on with plastic cups of nasty bubbly....would have been nice to enjoy it in the room we has a massage in. 5. Time to go and cant wait to leave. Needles to say checkout was a nightmare. Britney and Rachael were so rude and totally stressed us out after our massage.......The email I got from them and brought with me clearly said 175 for the couples massage. They tried to double charge me and said it was per person......Thankfully I have the email with me and no where did it state per person. Once we got things straight Rachael decided she wanted to be more rude to us by saying we will never offer you a discount again.....How service people like this have jobs is beyond me....I hope this helps others that go there and accept their bait and switch tactics. Always say something and stand up for yourself at these type of places that look to rip you off. This all stemmed from their advertisement for a Valentines day special (bait and switch). I brought all of my concerns to the managers that clearly did not care about me and my wife. My interaction with them was horrible and when I left I was more stressed than when I came in. This is the last time I will go to this spa as there are so many really good choices in town. I did give a full tip to the massage therapists as the rudeness came from the front desk. I told Rachael that her rudeness would affect the other workers tips and that would not be right. She apologized with a crapppppy condescending smile Rachael is the winner of the rudest person I have met this year.....you work at a spa and should send people home relaxed....Epic fail Green Valley Ranch Spa.... I learned my lesson!!!! Never will go there again!!!
