  • My husband and I used to religiously frequent the Swan for brunch. The customer service was exceptional and the food was great. However, we haven't been there in a while. We really want to stay in love with the Swan but the place needs to shake up its menu. They need to get their portion sizes down; the dinners are ridiculous. And they need to get rid of the cook that burns the potatoes and undercooks the omelette fillings on the weekends.
