  • I bought a 1200 dollar Lorex/Flir IP security camera systems from Costco. (Lorex 16-Channel HD IP NVR with 3TB HDD, 9 3MP Cameras with 130' Night Vision ). Please note no fault of Costco. Like everyone has reported LOREX customer service AWEFULLLL.. I am onhold for 2 hours and no one ever picked up the phone to help. I would recommend potential buyer of LOREX product to buy a different brand who has better customer service. I hope the product last LOREX customer service is awe full.
