  • They did not complete the home inspection entirely. Apparently it was windy and they couldn't see the pool walls and bottom because of the rippling in the water. Even though they charge extra for the pool inspection, not only did they not do it they told me to just get the "pool guy" to do the pool inspection. Their infra red scanner and drone pic of the roof were amazing. They came when they said they would and found several things that I'm sure I wouldn't have noticed or my eagle eye Real Estate Agent. But they should have just come back the next day to finish or refund my money for the pool inspection part that they didn't do.
