  • My brother and I went here to lease a new Jetta. The other VW dealers in the Valley were quoting monthly prices anywhere from $50-$100 more than what they offered here. Peoria VW and Berge VW were the greatest offenders. At any rate, the staff here is great. Nate, the Sales Manager, is the coolest guy ever. No BS, he simply tried to get us the best deal he could. Of course, I always remain and will continue to remain vigilant with car salesman but Nate was completely straightforward with me. I think transparency is the best word to describe everything here. I also worked with a gentleman named Chuck who was also a stand-up guy. Chuck is the kind of salesman who is genuinely curious about his customers and likes to make conversation. Conversation never felt forced and I never found him to be strategically nice. It was all genuine. The philosophy that they have towards their customers here--nonpushy and never trying to force customers to impulse purchase--is phenomenal and should be emulated by other dealers throughout the Valley.
